OATE Care Services aims to provide and deliver a high quality, safe, responsive, effective and well-led complex personal and domiciliary care service to all our clients. We also aim to provide enriching and rewarding work opportunities to our team of carefully selected healthcare workers. It is our aim for everyone to be united behind a vision to establish an exceptional care service that we can all be proud of. The welfare of our staff, and our clients is of paramount importance and our entire team is committed to meeting this objective.
Mission
Our broad mission is to develop an environment where anyone needing our services or support will feel safe and confident in the services we provide and above all, express their satisfaction about the overall services received. All our staff share this belief and are supported to ensure that our mission is reflected in every aspect of the care and services provided. OATE Care Services is committed to meet all its customers’ requirements and its primary objective is to provide a service that gives total customer satisfaction and exceeds customer expectations and to continually improve its processes using a quality management system.
Our aims
OATE Care Services and its staff will work autonomously and collaboratively to promote, improve, maintain and restore the health of our clients. Our aim to safeguard the privacy and confidentiality of clients and to enable the clients to maintain their personal independence, have informed choices and opportunities to enjoy and contribute to society. The nature of the services to be provided will be included but is not limited to the supply of carers to clients. All workers supplied by the agency will be robustly subjected to the agency’s quality procedures, in respect of but not limited to, regulatory checks, complaints and associated matters. This will be achieved and maintained by adherence to statutory regulations and the agency’s quality and operating procedure manuals.

SUPPORT SERVICE
To respond positively to feedback from our clients, their family’s other health and social care professionals and our own staff.
STAFF EVALUATION
Evaluate performance of our staff and making recommendations for merit awards and personnel classification changes. Counselling and disciplining staff to enable achievement of OATE Care Services objectives, particularly as related to high quality client care.

To manage the care service efficiently and effectively to make best use of resources and to maximise value for money for the client.
